Beijing Hikers - Hiking in the hills around Beijing since 2001

2011 Long Distance Trips

We did a lot of scouting trips throughout China during 2010, and in 2011 we took groups of hikers to some of the most interesting places that we found in Gansu, Yunnan, and the far north of Inner Mongolia.

As well as these new trips, we repeated some of our favourite trips from last year, including the Tengger and Alashan Desert, Wuyuan in Jiangxi, and the northern Silk Road in Xinjiang.

Below is a list of the trips we did, with links to photos and writeups for many of them.

Interested in long distance trips with us next year? Email and we'll send you the trip schedule as soon as it's ready!
