Trouble with the website?

We’re having some trouble with the reliability of our web hosting, and this is affecting the way the website works, particularly the online booking form.

The booking form uses some database queries, and sometimes the connection between the website and the database is lost. When that happens, the page stops loading.

When you make a booking online, we get an email with all your details with it. Some of these emails are still getting through. When the page stops loading, though, you don’t get the confirmation message printed to the screen.

We’re working with the webhost to try and fix the problem - if they can’t help us fix it, we’ll move the website to a new host where things will hopefully work more smoothly. In the meantime, to make sure of your booking please email or call Vicky or Huijie if you have trouble with the online reservation form.
