Day one: Jinshanling Great Wall

We’d planned to do Jinshanling on the second day of this trip, but changed it around after noticing that an April 20 half-marathon at Jinshanling would mean crowds and long lines at Jinshanling.

Gubeikou Great Wall

We hiked out to Gubeikou’s North Gate, and enjoyed a large 'brunch' at a local restaurant before heading back to the city.
