We joined two of our trails together to make a good long hike, aiming to make the most of the very pleasant September weather.
Aside for a run-in with some rather unpleasant hornets, we succeeded in our aim – a most pleasant day was had!
Getting ready to do the big hill climb at the start of the hike - the reason this one is called the High Rise.
