Our Immortal Valley hike follows a looping trail, walking out the back of a Miyun park to get up to a scenic ridgeline trail.

When the weather is nice, the park gets quite a few visitors. However, most of them are content to stay down in the lower sections, which leaves the high-up ridge trail nice and clear for us!

During winter, the valleys fill with ice. It's quite unusual to still be able to see some in April!
