Hiking Around Beijing is out of print, we're working on a new edition - current status: in final negotiations with publisher, send us your name and email address to get a notification when it has been printed.
It is so amazing that an hour from most of the housing compounds and an hour and a half from the centre of Beiijing another word awaits, one of rugged mountains and paths, of temples and pagodas and people speaking incomprehensible dialects living in a completely different world to ours.
Hiking around Beijing was written by Seema Bennett, Nicky Mason and Beijing Hikers founder Huilin Pinnegar. It contains useful information for hiking, and maps and descriptions for twenty hikes in the north, north-west, and north-east parts of the Beiijing municipality
