Intelligence Valley
It’s said that if you walk all the way up Intelligence Valley you will become more intelligent. If that’s true, then walking back down it may have the opposite effect, so we will continue out of the valley to finish at Shentangyu Park and try to take our newfound intelligence with us. A clear stream runs through the valley, and the surrounding mountains form a microclimate that makes this a very nice walk. At this time of year there is plenty of small waterlife to look at, making it an interesting walk for kids to do. We’ll get a bbq lunch at a local restaurant after the hike – the cost of the food and drinks is included in the price of the hike.
